“Maybe” may very well be the worst word in the world. “Yes!” drives action. “No”
changes course. “Maybe” wastes time. Strive for decisiveness – both in the answers you give and the questions you ask. It may be the best decision you can make.
Don’t be afraid to pass on a project. “No” is liberating. It frees you from commitments you aren’t passionate about doing. It buys you more time. That way, you’re sure to mean “Yes!” every time you say “Yes” to something new. Time is our precious asset. Choose your projects wisely.
